Prenatal, Labor, & Birth Support

Package includes:

1 free phone consultation.

Unlimited text & email support from time of hire.

Educational guidance & evidence-based information & resources as needed.

1-2 prenatal meetings in-person or virtually to go over a birth plan & answer questions or concerns.

On call support 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks (35 weeks for multiples).

Back-up doula

Doula's hospital parking fees, gas, & mileage.

12 hours of in-person labor support, followed by 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum & breastfeeding support during the golden hour.

1 virtual postpartum visit within 10 days of delivery.

4 weeks of unlimited email & text support between 9:00AM - 5:00PM to answer questions or concerns (beginning the day after delivery).

* Maximum travel to hospitals and birth centers is 30 miles from 02054.

Support includes (but not limited to):

All newborn care (diapering, bathing, feeding, etc.)

Soothing techniques.

Sleep patterns & wake windows.

Breastfeeding & bottle support.

Bottle prep, feeding, & cleaning.

Breast pump cleaning/sanitation.

Tidying up, laundry, & meal prep.

Nursery & household organization.

Sibling transition.

Mood and anxiety disorders, including PPD & PPA.

Promoting self love & care.

Community & online resources.

Specialist referrals.

Any unique concern or need your family has.

Minimum of 3 hours per visit.

Maximum travel for postpartum support is 20 miles from 02054
